CAUSES – From being active; working out, can generate a lot of sweat.  Certain foods that you eat can give you a distinctive odor and also some medications can change your body odor.  When a woman has her menstruation, she is likely to generate a different odor than she normally has.

TREATMENT – Washing with soap and water is the best way to get rid of body odor.  An antibacterial soap can help to control the bacteria activity that causes sweaty smells.  Rosemary and thyme can be used as herbal deodorants and used as antibacterial washes.

PREVENTION – Body odor can be eliminated by bathing, showering, or washing your body thoroughly on a daily basis.
