My mission is not to change you, but to plant the seeds to help you grow.

Holistic Health is really a methodology to life.  As opposed to keeping tabs on the disease or particular parts of the body, this old approach to health acknowledges the entire individual and how he or she interfaces with his or her surroundings. It stresses the association of the mind, body, and spirit. The objective is to achieve well-being, where the body is working at the precise best that is conceivable. With Holistic Health, individuals acknowledge and take responsibility regarding their own particular level of well-being, and ordinary decisions are utilized to assume responsibility of one’s own health.

Holistic Psychology is intended to support overwhelming, physical, mental and health challenges.  It offers the guidelines to find balance and truth in your existence and call upon your own particular individual quality to make positive progressions. The objective of Holistic Psychology is to be imaginative and use natural methods to mend our lives, as opposed to diagnosing and marking; which is utilized as a part of standard psychiatry.

Bottom line:  Holistic Health and Holistic Psychology treats the whole body, not just the parts of the body that hurts.
